1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Crown Nannies' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Crown Nannies is a nanny placement agency that connects families with qualified childcare professionals. We provide matching, screening, and placement services. We do not employ the nannies directly; rather, we facilitate the relationship between families and caregivers.
3. Fees and Payment
Placement fees are outlined in our service packages. Fees are due upon acceptance of a nanny placement. The as-needed care matching fee of $75 is non-refundable once a match has been made. Placement fees are subject to our replacement guarantee terms.
4. Replacement Guarantee
Crown Nannies offers replacement guarantees as outlined in each service package (30, 60, or 90 days). If a placed nanny does not work out within the guarantee period, we will conduct a new search at no additional placement fee, subject to the terms of your original agreement.
5. User Responsibilities
Families agree to provide accurate information about their childcare needs and household. Nanny applicants agree to provide truthful information about their experience and qualifications. Any misrepresentation may result in termination of services without refund.
6. Background Checks
Crown Nannies conducts background and reference checks as part of our vetting process. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information obtained. Families are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence.
7. Limitation of Liability
Crown Nannies acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the actions of nannies or families after placement. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our placement services.
